Young People's Service Events

Our team travels around the country, connecting with communities and sharing easy-to-understand information about addiction, recovery, and substance use. At events, we use fun and interactive tools, like our popular Young People’s Service mocktail bar and info stand,to start conversations and raise awareness in a relaxed, engaging way.

Services We Provide

01
Counselling

Individual counselling offers a safe, private space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and concerns, especially those you may not feel comfortable sharing with family or friends. With the support of a trained professional, you’ll be listened to without judgement and guided at your own pace.

02
Mentoring

We provide a supportive environment where you can explore concerns around substance use and other challenges, gain clarity, and build greater self-awareness with the help of an experienced guide.

03
Family Support

Our work also supports families, helping them understand substance use, strengthen positive and supportive roles, and gain practical insight into availability, misuse, and the reasons behind it.

04
Group Support

Together, we look at behaviours, self-esteem, and the impact of drugs and alcohol, while offering motivational peer support to encourage positive change.

05
Harm Reduction & Awareness

At the heart of our service is a commitment to raising awareness about addiction and the potential risks of misuse, with a strong focus on reducing harm and supporting healthier choices.

Young People Service

Our Young People's Service is a free counselling, mentoring,

information and support service for young people aged 11 to 25 & families of those affected by substance misuse.
